What do you do as HR Manager?
HR’s role is to drive HRM (Human Resource Management), that is, how we attract, recruit, develop and retain expertise in line with Zacco’s overall strategy and vision.
What do you like best about working at Zacco?
Being a business partner to managers within the area of HR, as well as playing a role in developing Zacco as a company and as an employer. I enjoy the combination of giving support in both strategic and operational issues.
Describe the most challenging part of your job.
The challenge of HR is to attract, recruit and retain the best employees in our industry, as well as to develop our employees and Zacco as an organization. To this end, we are establishing professional HR support for managers, improving Zacco’s employer brand, developing our recruitment process and developing the Zacco Academy. We are also improving our Management by Objectives and the Compensation & Benefits program.
