History
The basis of Zacco was originally laid in 1870. After a merger in 2001 between Hofman-Bang from Denmark, Stockholm Patent Bureau from Sweden and Bryns Patentkontor from Norway the company adopted the name Zacco.
In March 2008 Zacco merged with the Dutch IP-firm Shield Mark, which then changed its name to Shieldmark.Zacco in the Benelux.
In July 2009 Zacco merged with IP-consultancy firm Albihns. In Denmark, Norway and Benelux we use the name Zacco and in Sweden and Germany we use the name Albihns.Zacco.
