Thor joined Zacco in 2006 and is the Manager of the Patent and Designs Division in Norway. He also works as an Attorney at Law, primarily with disputes regarding infringement of intellectual property rights, coordination of patent litigation and IP strategy matters.

Thor received his law degree (Cand. Jur.) in 1996 from the University of Oslo with a specialization in intellectual property law. Thor was admitted to the Norwegian Bar in 1996 and has working experience from the Norwegian Patent Office, as a inhouse lawyer in Telenor ASA where he primarily worked with patent strategy and as an Attorney at Law in Advokatfirmaet Bull & Co AS.

Thor is a member of the Norwegian Association for Copy-right, Norsk Forening for Industriell Rettsbeskyttelse (NIR), the Norwegian Association for Competition and Marketing Law and AIPPI.
