Henrik specializes in patenting in the fields of electronics and information technology, in particular software. He advises clients on strategic patenting issues, and deals with matters relating to all aspects of patent prosecution, including searches, patent application drafting, prosecution, opposition, licensing, infringement and validity issues. He joined Zacco in January 2006.

Between 1995 and 1997 he worked as an examiner at the Swedish Patent Office. Between 1997 and 2000 he worked at a Swedish based private practice IP firm. In 2000 he transferred to a Norwegian based IT start-up company, working as an internal patent attorney, mainly focused on the field of computer memories made from polymer material. Between 2001 and 2005 he worked at another Swedish based private practice firm before joining our team.

Henrik holds a Master of Science from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm of 1994. He is further a Swedish Authorized IP Attorney. He speaks Swedish, English, German and French.

Henrik has been a member of the board of the Association of Swedish Patent Attorneys (SPOF).
