Morten has joined Zacco in 2022 as a legal consultant. He joined us from prior employment at another IP company.
Morten advises clients on all matters related to intellectual property law, including but not limited to trademark law, design law and copyright law, as well as matters related to unfair competition law / antitrust. Morten has experience in both trademark portfolio management as well as litigation, enforcement and opposition of trademark applications. He also advises on design and copyright infringements and the commercialisation of IP.
Due to his vast experience gained working as an in-house legal manager for a major company within the entertainment industry, Morten is able to advise on all matters related to entertainment law including reviewing or drafting contracts, conducting negotiations and protecting and enforcing rights. Morten has experience in advising clients from all sectors within the entertainment industry, including areas such as the music industry, TV/film and celebrities/influencers.
Morten holds a Master of Laws from the University of Copenhagen from 2015 and a specialised LL.M in Intellectual Property Law from King’s College London from 2016.
