Zacco continues its journey as a standalone business

Zacco will become a standalone business, under the ongoing ownership of Investcorp, and will continue to offer our comprehensive range of IP solutions and services. This follows the recent announcement that Crane NXT has signed a definitive agreement to acquire OpSec Security.

For Zacco, this allows us to continue our 150-year journey and ongoing development as part of a respected private equity business that supports our vision and pioneering approach towards intellectual property. We anticipate this transition to occur and the transaction to close in the second quarter of this year, subject to the customary closing conditions and approvals.

At that time, we intend to establish a strong partnership between Zacco and OpSec to continue our collaboration and the momentum we have achieved to date. Since bringing together the two businesses with an intent to bring to life our shared vision to establish and protect intangible value, we have been greatly encouraged by the response this has received. We remain very excited by the possibilities that our combined capabilities and expertise offer our clients.
