Our Culture
At Zacco, we encourage a high-quality and performance culture and have a strong focus on internal collaboration throughout the organisation. We offer an exciting and motivating working environment and an ambitious working culture.
Zacco is influenced by a Scandinavian working culture, as most of our offices are placed in Scandinavia and Northern Europe. This means that we have a flat organizational structure and that future employees should expect to be involved “from day one”. We believe in freedom under responsibility and support flexibility in the job as long as it goes both ways. We also encourage competency development in order for our employees to stay up-to-date with changes in the industry and continue to improve their skills.
At the same time, we have an international outlook at Zacco: we work with companies and colleagues all over the world – often in tailor-made teams across our more than 30 offices to serve our clients in the best possible way. Although we are widespread, we maintain a strong focus on working and acting as ONE Zacco.
Our performance model
At Zacco, we believe in creating and honouring a performance culture. We therefore work with a performance model, which applies to all levels of the organisation and allows all employees to monitor their performance on a monthly basis.
An important part of the performance model is a compensation model called Pay for Performance (PFP). This rewards the employees with respect to their performance and the performance of their team. Our model is based on an aggregate compensation package where the total available compensation is based on a combination of a fixed part and a variable part, which rewards world-class achievement.
