Welcome to an interesting Zacco breakfast seminar with Morrison & Foerster, one of the leading US IP firms!

Our guest speakers

Peter Yim is head of the firm's Electronics, Software and Telecommunications Patent Group, and a partner in Morrison & Foerster's San Francisco office. Additionally, he provides intellectual property support and analysis for clients involved in public offerings, financings, mergers and acquisitions, and other related transactions. Mr. Yim was named one of the Daily Journal's Top 25 Portfolio Managers in California in 2012.

Otis Littlefield is a partner in Morrison & Foerster's San Francisco office. Dr. Littlefield's practice focuses on representing life science clients, including biotechnology, pharmaceutical, agricultural biotechnology, and medical device companies. Dr. Littlefield specializes in two main areas: intellectual property-related business transactions, and patent prosecution, including patent portfolio strategy, management, and evaluation. 

Brian Ho's practice focuses on patent prosecution and patent litigation support, working in the medical device, biotechnology, and diagnostics fields. Mr. Ho has also been involved in several patent litigation matters, in discovery, claim construction, expert report preparation, and trial in district court.
