Adam Brandt

Adam has extensive experience in commercial law, with a particular focus on intellectual property litigation and commercialization of intellectual property. He works with clients in a wide range of industries including software, information technology, pharmaceuticals, vehicles and consumer products. He frequently represents clients before courts and arbitration tribunals on matters relating to intellectual property and has considerable expertise in drafting and negotiating contracts in a variety of fields such as research and development, technology transfer, licensing and product distribution.

Adam holds an LL.M. from Lund University (1998) and an LL.M. from London University (1999). He joined Zacco in 2004 leaving his position as an attorney at Mannheimer Swartling law firm (1999-2004).

Adam is a Swedish Authorized Patent Attorney and a member of the Board of Directors of the Licensing Executive Society Scandinavia. Before joining Zacco he was a member of the Swedish Bar Association.

Adam is the author of several publications and has participated as a speaker in various events and seminars on intellectual property.
