Kristine joined Zacco in 2016. She holds strong experience in managing, protecting and enforcing trademarks, design, patents and copyright. She also has extensive experience in the field of unfair competition. Kristine identifies and manages intellectual property with the aim of realizing and sustaining the competitive advantage that intellectual property provides.
Kristine is a part of the litigation team and a well-experienced litigator before both lower and higher courts. She has successfully managed effective pre-trial, arbitration, mediation and trial strategies to oversee case handling and settlement negotiations for a variety of Intellectual Property matters.
Her client list spans a broad spectrum of industrial sectors, and she has worked actively to protect and enforce the intellectual property rights of large companies both in Norway and on an international basis. Kristine received her law degree from the University of Oslo, with IP specialization from New York University (NYU).
Kristine has also received an individual recommendation in the 2018 edition of WTR 1000 - the World's Leading Trademark Professionals.
