Mitrapurba joined Zacco in 2018 as a Patent Attorney and worked within the field of IP since 2015. She has mainly worked on drafting and prosecution of patent applications, IP strategy, and prior art searches within the field of image processing, Artificial Intelligence (AI), machine learning, cloud computing, Internet of things, augmented and virtual reality, telecommunications and electronics.
Before joining Zacco, Mitrapurba worked as an in-house IPR consultant for a software based MNC company and as an associate in the IP asset management team of another IP services company in Bangalore.
Mitrapurba gained a Bachelors in Engineering with a specialisation in Information Technology from Visveswarya Technological University in 2012. She also gained a LL.B with an honors in IPR laws from IIT Kharagpur Law School, West Bengal, India in 2015.
