Peter Hermansson

Peter joined Zacco in August 2019. For more than fourteen years Peter has worked as an attorney at law mainly advising Swedish and foreign clients on intellectual property and marketing matters. Peter is a European Trademark and Design Attorney.

Peter’s practice covers e.g. commercial contracts, trade secrets, marketing law but especially intellectual property law.; IP litigation, drafting and/or review of IP related contracts, IP prosecution of trademark and design applications, general advice on IP law and related matters, oppositions related to trademarks and designs. Peter has also been involved in cross-border litigations and oppositions. Peter has assisted a broad range of Swedish and foreign companies in the above mentioned areas.

Before joining Zacco, Peter most recently worked as an attorney at law for more than 11 years with one of Sweden’s large IP law firms. He previously also worked as a law clerk and a preparation lawyer in Swedish District Courts.

Peter obtained a Master of Law degree (LLM.) from the School of Business, Economics and Law at Gothenburg University (including studies at the University of Oslo).

Peter is a member of SFIR (The Swedish Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property) and VIRK (West Swedish Intellectual Property rights Club).
