Opposition to any European patent granted by the European Patent Office may be filed within nine months of the publication of the mention that the patent has been granted.

Success at oppositions and appeals at the EPO can be vital for your patents and it may determine if your patents remain in force.

Whether you own a patent being opposed, or you wished to start an opposition our Patent Attorneys can help you.
