Bengt Eliasson

Bengt has more than 25 years of experience in advising on legal matters within intellectual property. Today he works with consulting, litigation and agreements within the entire intellectual property area.

Bengt graduated 1976 with a Degree of Master of Laws from Uppsala University. From 1977-1986 he was employed as a lawyer at the Swedish Patent Office where he worked in the department for company registrations as well as trademarks. In 1986 he joined Zacco. For 15 years Bengt was the manager of our Trademark and Legal Division. Today he is focusing on legal services.

Bengt is adjudicator for domain name conflicts in Sweden, a member of the Swedish Association of Patent Attorneys, LES Scandinavia, the European Trademark Association (ECTA) and its Law Committee. He has also been an active member of the International Trademark Association (INTA) CTM Committee. Bengt is also ranked by Managing IP as an IP Star for 2019.

Bengt is also a Swedish Authorized IP Attorney.
