Jesper Stenström

Jesper joined Zacco in 1994. He has his basic training from the Swedish Patent and Registration Office (PRV) and has been a patent attorney in most areas of the mechanical domain, with special knowledge in machine elements, internal combustion engines, hydraulics and pneumatics and applied electronics.

At Zacco, Jesper has handled patent issues of varying character, with clients ranging from small enterprises to multinational companies. Jesper has been working with all aspects of the patenting process both in Sweden and internationally, including the USA and EPO. His experience also includes infringement assessments, due diligence, freedom to operate and litigation. Jesper holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanics from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm. He is also a Swedish Authorized IP Attorney.

Jesper is a member of the Association of Swedish Patent Attorneys (SPOF) and the Swedish Association for the Protection of Industrial Property (SFIR).
