Linda advises clients on strategic patenting issues and deals with all matters relating to patenting, such as IP management, drafting and prosecution of patent applications, oppositions, appeals, freedom-to-operate investigations and infringement analysis. She is also an experienced lecturer. Her fields of technical expertise include materials technology, metallurgy, deposition techniques, nanotechnology, electrochemistry, inorganic chemistry, process technology and mechanics.
Linda graduated 2001 from the Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, with a Master of Science in Materials Technology. She also holds a Diplôme d’études supérieures universitaires from the University of Strasbourg in Patent Litigation in Europe. She is an Authorised Patent Attorney and a European Patent Attorney. Before joining Zacco in 2012, Linda worked as a Patent Examiner at the Swedish Patent and Registration Office from 2001 to 2004, as an in-house patent attorney at Sandvik from 2004 to 2007, and as Patent Attorney at Groth & Co from 2007 to 2012.
Linda is ranked as a recommended individual in the IAM Patent 1000 ranking for 2019.
Linda is a member of the Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office (EPI) and the Association of IP Professionals in Swedish Industry (SIPF).
