About Niclas Uggla
Niclas Uggla has 20 years of experience in the IP field. He started his career as patent attorney at Ericsson within Telecom. Between 1998 and 2011 Niclas has worked as patent attorney in two private practices and after that as CTO and IPR manager at Nilar International AB for three years. The last year Niclas has worked at another private practice as patent attorney and Key Account Manager for Ericsson.
Niclas’ practice involves electronics, semiconductor technology and telecommunications such as system design, antennas, voice coding, biogas systems, avalanche rescue systems, medical treatment devices and IT within security, cloud and general SW.
Niclas also has extensive experience of IP strategy work at management and board level, in addition to drafting and prosecuting patent applications as well as freedom to operate evaluations, patent portfolio management and patent strategy.
