Emily joined Zacco in 2026 as a legal consultant in the Copenhagen office. She has worked with IP since 2018, primarily focusing on trademarks as well as online and offline brand protection.
Emily has spent eight years working in-house at a global jewellery brand, where she managed strategy and enforcement across key international markets, including the European Union, United States, LATAM, Southeast Asia, and China. In this role, she supported the initial stages of IP clearance and product development, through launch and to ongoing enforcement. Her work involved direct collaboration with online marketplaces, law enforcements, and international IP & anti-counterfeiting alliances to combat counterfeiting and brand dilution.
At Zacco, Emily applies her strategic and commercial skills to assist a diverse range of clients, from emerging start-ups to multinational corporations. She provides counselling within IP strategy, anti-counterfeiting and trademark prosecution.
Emily graduated in 2020 with a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) from Copenhagen University.
