Our recruitment process
We advertise our available jobs on our website here and on LinkedIn here. We will ask you to submit an application with a CV and sometimes a covering letter via our website. Our job ads always include the contact details of the person best suited to answer any additional questions you may have about the job opening.
Once we have received your application, the most common way of communication is via e-mail, and we will get back to you no later than two weeks after application deadline. Relevant candidates will be invited for a first interview and in case of mutual continued interest, the candidate in most cases is invited for a second interview. Here, we will also discuss and explain our compensation package, including the Pay For Performance model.
In connection with the recruitment process, our HR department will ask the final candidate for consent to conduct a background check. An external partner will carry out the background check.
