Henriette joined Zacco in 2025 from her position as Director for Trademarks and Designs at the Danish Patent and Trademark Office. A trained attorney at law, she is a specialist in Intellectual Property legislation and regulations, through both the development of case law as part of her longstanding career in private practice and through her role at the DKPTO.
An expert in IP strategy, Henriette assists clients at all levels with managing and developing their trademark and design portfolios. She provides advice from a commercial perspective, identifying the most advantageous or practical solution for their specific requirements. She is also a skilled negotiator, regularly drafting IP and settlement agreements.
Alongside her time in private practice and at the DKPTO, she has also worked as a lawyer in Denmark. She draws on approximately 20 years of experience working as a professional representative for small start-ups to multinational companies, and everything in between.
When Henriette worked in private practice, prior to joining the DKPTO, she was also listed in the WTR 1000.
