Malin Bergfalk

Malin joined Zacco in 2019 as an IP Paralegal [Trademark & Design].

Before joining Zacco she worked at another IP firm and has several years´ experience of intellectual property. Her tasks consist of portfolio handling and paralegal services such as trademark prosecution; opposition matters; recordal matters; transfer of large IP portfolios and strategic advice. She is also a super user in our case management system and demonstrates the system for both current and new employees.

Malin has a paralegal degree from Yrkeshögskolan in Gothenburg [2009] and has participated in various IP-related courses.
