Martina Borglund joined Zacco in 2008. She has a law degree from Lund University (LL.M. 2005). Before joining Zacco she worked at the IP law firm Awapatent (2006-2008) and prior to that, at a law firm mainly engaged with family law and other civil cases.
Martina’s tasks consist of filing and prosecution of trademarks globally; creating and maintaining trademark protection globally; transfer of large IP portfolios; strategic advice (IP Coordination). She handles Counterfeit matters in connection with the Swedish Customs Authority and also mentorships for new employees within IP Administration / IP Coordination. Martina works with the trademark portfolio of one of Zacco´s largest Key Accounts.
