Mathias Kula

Mathias initially worked for Zacco as a patent attorney between 2014-2018, and has joined Zacco once again in 2023 as a patent attorney.

Mathias graduted in 2003 with a Masters Degree in Engineering Physics from The Royal Institute of Technology. He received his Ph.D. in the field of theoretical chemistry in 2007 at the Royal Institute of Technology.

Mathias has worked as a research scientist in the field of theoretical/computation chemistry, as a scientific programmer for the Swedish Meterological and Hydrological Institute.

Mathias has worked in the field of artificial intelligence (AI), mainly with computer-vision related tasks. He has experience with AI-related image processing, such as convolutional neural networks (CNNs), image classification, image segmentation, and generative image processing. He has also worked with AI-based relational processing and has experience in the field of reinforcement learning.
