Nicola Edwards joins Zacco as Group HR Director
3 March 2025
We are pleased to welcome Nicola Edwards to Zacco as our new Group HR Director, effective 3rd March 2025. Nicola joins us with over 25 years of strategic and operational HR expertise, primarily within multinationals at the forefront of both technology and consultancy.
A natural people person, Nicola has always found inspiration in the way people work and interact, and the integral role of corporate culture in employee development, performance and engagement. Her career spans HR leadership positions at global technology brands including Oracle, where she served as HR Director for Sweden, and LinkedIn where she was HR Business Partner for the Nordics, Benelux, DACH and Emerging Markets. She joins Zacco from her position as Nordic HR Director for Avanade, a joint venture between Microsoft and Accenture, where she was responsible for driving people and culture strategy across the region.
“I am so pleased to welcome Nicola to the team” says Antonio Marsico, CEO of Zacco. “She has a fantastic understanding of people and has been consistently recognised for her ability to get the best from her colleagues, guiding corporate culture through the development and implementation of dynamic and inclusive employee strategies. Nicola brings a wealth of HR expertise to Zacco, and I am looking forward to collaborating with her to ensure that our employees have everything they need to continue to maintain the highest standards.”
Nicola also shared how much she is looking forward to start working with our international colleagues: “I am so excited to join Zacco and to become part of an organisation with such a rich history at the forefront of European intellectual property. I have already had some conversations with the Leadership Team, and it is evident how proud they are of Zacco’s work supporting everything from startups to some of the world’s largest and most innovative organisations. I look forward to meeting my new colleagues across the globe and working together to put in place everything necessary to build on our current success.”
Nicola will be based in Stockholm.
