Bolette Isholt Andersen

Bolette has specialized in legal consultancy within intellectual property rights as well as matters relating to marketing law. Bolette focuses on trademark law and the management of trademark portfolios, as well as design law.

Bolette has an extensive experience while working for almost seven years as a legal consultant in the Danish Patent and Trademark Office. In her work she examined applications for trademarks and design, as well as taking decisions on oppositions and cancellations. Her work also included training of newly hired legal advisors as well as giving advice in trademark and marketing law, copyright and design rights at national and international level.

Bolette holds a Master of Law from the University of Copenhagen where she completed her studies in 1999. She joined Zacco in September 2013 as a Trademark Attorney.

She is also featured as a Recommended Individual in the WTR 1000 by the World Trademark Review.
