Anders started in Zacco in 1995 and has sound knowledge and great experience in advising on legal matters in relation to intellectual property law, including trademark filing and prosecution as well as infringement of designs and trademarks. Additionally, Anders advises on strategic issues in relation to intellectual property law and assists in drafting and reviewing of contracts.
1991-1995 Anders worked as trademark examiner at the Swedish Patent Office. Anders graduated from the University of Stockholm in 1991 as a candidatus juris (Bachelors degree in Law) and has since then worked within the field of intellectual property law. He is also a Swedish Authorized IP Attorney.
Anders is a member of the Swedish Association for the Protection of Industrial Property (SFIR) and the Association of Swedish Patent Attorneys (SPOF).
