Claudia graduated as Master in Scandinavian studies with focus on Danish and Swedish language and Geography at Ernst-Moritz-Arndt University in Greifswald, Germany, in 1999. She is a German citizen and moved to Denmark directly after her studies.
For more than 8 years, Claudia worked as a patent translator and validation administrator with a Danish IP firm, where she learned all about translations, validations and deadlines.
Claudia then spent 4 years with a Danish translation agency first as Project Manager and later as Business Development Manager, which gave her insight into the world of management of deadlines, in-house and freelance translators, clients and sales.
Since 2011, Claudia has been employed at Zacco starting out as Sales Coordinator of Validation Department in Denmark and now holds the position of Relationship Manager.
