Louise Yde Frank

Louise joined Zacco in 2022.

She came to us from a position at the Danish Patent and Trademark Office, where she worked for 9 years. There she held the position of a Principal Legal Advisor, examining applications for trademarks and designs, as well as taking decisions on oppositions and cancellations. Additionally, Louise for instance conducted internal training of new employees, participated in the development of internal and external guidelines, as well as she headed the Nice Classification team.

A big part of Louise’s work had an international aspect, as it included participation in European collaboration projects (which aim at developing a common practice within Europe), attendance at international meetings at WIPO and as she visited foreign IP offices to conduct training sessions regarding IP law and the examination of applications.

Louise holds a Master of Law from the University of Copenhagen where she completed her studies in 2013.
