Navid Fallah

Navid Fallah is an expert in AI, sensor technology, optics and software-related inventions, particularly within the fields of Medtech, radar and automotive, among other areas. He assists clients with drafting and prosecution of patent applications, freedom-to-operate analyses, novelty searches, oppositions and counselling on the development and implementation of their IP strategy and enforcement.

Navid joined the IP field in private practice at another IP firm in Sweden before moving in house as a patent engineer within one of the world’s leading hygiene and health companies. He joined Zacco in 2019 and became a European Patent Attorney in 2022. He works with a range of clients from multinationals with global portfolios, to SMEs and start-ups, and is considered a trusted advisor by many of those he works alongside.

Navid holds a Master’s degree from Chalmers University of Technology within the field of Mechanical Engineering. Alongside, he has developed significant industry expertise in practice, as well as within the fields of electrical engineering and AI. Navid also provides technical expertise and insight on the ground, having been insourced as patent attorney with some of the leading companies in the automotive space.
