Per Vegard Bergheim

Per Vegard joined Zacco in 1993, working as a trademark attorney in the area of intellectual property rights. His area of specialization is trademark law. He also assists his clients with dispute resolution and litigation, as well as matters relating to corporation and marketing law.

Prior to Zacco, in 1988 Per Vegard started working as an examiner at the Trademark and Design Department of the Norwegian Patent Office. During this time, he was also engaged in international work with WIPO, as a member of the WIPO expert committee for harmonization of trademark law. He was admitted to the Norwegian Bar in 1997. Per Vegard graduated with his Law Degree (Cand. Jur) from the University of Oslo in 1988, with copyright law as his elective subject and trademark and patent law as his area of specialization.

Per Vegard is a member of the Norwegian Bar Association, the Association of Norwegian Patent Agents, NIR, AIPPI and INTA.

He is also featured as a Recommended Individual in the WTR 1000 by the World Trademark Review.
