Top Tier in Patent Prosecution for Zacco Denmark, Sweden and Norway – 2024

Zacco is very proud to have achieved the highest available rankings for patent prosecution in Denmark, Sweden and Norway, alongside a Tier Three ranking for Patent Disputes in both Sweden and Denmark, as recognised by Managing IP and IP Stars. Alongside the 18 colleagues ranked as Patent or Trademark Stars, these rankings represent the consistently high level of quality identified by the researchers. We would like to extent a huge thank you to all of our clients, and to our peers within the IP community for their great feedback and ongoing support and congratulations to our global colleagues, without whose expertise and insight none of this success would have been possible.

Given the breadth of expertise available within the competition, being ranked in the top tier available for each country for patent prosecution is no easy task. The end result of months of research by the Managing IP Team results in a comprehensive overview of the firms making the most significant impact on patent practice, development and promotion. Clients, IP experts, practitioners from in-house and private practice, and members of the wider IP community are all interviewed for feedback, which is then combined with detailed assessment of market presence, internal knowledge and expertise, and success.
